CAMP REGISTRATION FOR SUMMER 2020 will begin Monday, February 3, 2020 and will continue until a camp is filled, or deadline for enrollment is reached. Camp registration form must be completed in full, and you must include a current immunization record signed/stamped by a doctor. NO EXCEPTIONS.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Friday, June 5, 2020 for new enrollments and Camp Payment Plans. After this date camp fees will increase and payments by cash or credit card will be accepted. No personal checks.
No exceptions. Note Payment Plan additional fees if not completed by deadline.

PAYMENT may be made by cash, check or major credit card through the Friday, June 5, 2020 deadline. Thereafter we will accept cash or credit card only. No exceptions.

DEADLINE: Full Day and Mini Camp enrollments will be accepted until Friday June 5, 2020, noting that after Friday June 5, 2020, pending availability, camp enrollment fees will increase and payment options change:
Full Day Camps $75/per camper and Mini Camps: $50/per camper

PAYMENT PLAN
available for full day camps: This option requires completion of the Payment Plan Commitment Form and payment of half the total enrollment fees plus an administrative charge. The balance is due in full by Friday June 5, 2020 or additional fees will be assessed

ALL CAMP FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL FOR YOUR CHILD TO ATTEND CAMP. NO EXCEPTIONS.        
                                                    
                                                                                                       
TRANSPORTATION is not provided by the Town to and from camp. Parents will drop-off and pick-up campers.

LUNCH must be provided by parents for Full Day Camps unless your full day camper is attending a trip where lunch is included. Mini Camp parents should send lunch or snacks and water each day. No on-site food or refrigeration are available at camps.     

IMMUNIZATION RECORD is required and must be submitted at the time of registration. A copy of your child's immunization record with doctor's signature or stamp will be required for 2020.

BEHAVIOR POLICY dictates that campers not working to ensure the safety and fun of the group may be removed from the group temporarily, or permanently if necessary, to maintain group cohesiveness. Any incidents that involve violence will not be tolerated; camper may be sent home immediately and suspended for the following day. If incidents persist, child may be removed from camp permanently. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR CHILDREN DISMISSED FROM CAMP.

REFUNDS: There is a surcharge on Full Day camp cancellations, Mini Camps, Specialty Camps and Scuffy Tennis Camp. Refunds must be requested in writing. Medical reasons require a doctor's note. No refunds after June 15, 2020; a credit minus the surcharge will be granted. NO REFUNDS/CREDITS after camp has begun.

SPECIALTY CAMP REGISTRATION is ongoing until the program fills or begins as these camp programs run on a weekly basis throughout the summer.

NON-RESIDENTS OF RAMAPO are welcome to enroll in any Town Camp that space allows beginning April 1, 2020 with the following fee adjustment:
CAMP SCUFFY add $250
ALL OTHER FULL DAY CAMPS add $125
MINI CAMPS add $75
